Rachel Tolzman

Pole dancer and aerialist, Rachel has been dancing since the age of three, and has always had a passion for movement.  Even though she comes from a strong balletic background, she has also explored many different forms of dance including tap, jazz, hip-hop, ballroom, salsa, tango and African dance. In addition, she trained as a rhythmic gymnast for many years and competed in the United States at a high level, even advancing to the US Junior Olympics.

Pole competitions include IPAAT Elite Division 2016 – first place and best tricks, PSO Zurich Women’s Professional Division 2017 -second place. She holds the title of Miss Pole Dance UK  Pro Division 2017. She competed as a finalist and placed third at the World Pole Dance Championships in May 2018. In fall of 2018, she performed with Jenyne Butterfly in Las Vegas for her show “Rise” and placed third at Pole-a-Palooza. In November 2018, she took the winning title of the elite division at Pole Art UK. This year she placed second at IPAAT Champions Division and took fourth amongst 28 competitors in the elite division of Pole Art Italy 2019. Over the summer, she performed at the Bridge Theatre playing a fairy in Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, directed by Nicholas Hytner.

Aleksandra Karolina

Aleksandra Karolina is an exotic pole dancer and instructor, who’s passion is teaching and sharing her knowledge with her students. She is famous for her unique exotic flow style choreographies, transitions combining strength and flexibility. She pays extra attention to achieving beautiful lines, flow and technique in a safe and healthy way.  In her classes, she encourages students not to be afraid to show their personalities and develop their own unique style. She is also International Pole Sports Federation Association Professional Member. Alongside teaching, she performs and competes internationally and some her achievements include Pole Theatre 2016 Overall Classique Winner, Pole Theatre World 2017 Finalist and Exotic Revolution Russia 2019 Finalist.

Anna McDonnell

Anna is a former British Squad rhythmic gymnast. After graduating from Cambridge University in 2007, she moved to South America. In Buenos Aires she performed with the circus company ‘Proyecto Amor Eterno’ and in Sao Paulo she toured with the company ‘Grupo Ares.’ She returned to the UK in 2015. She has performed aerial and pole at iconic venues such as ‘The Globe Theatre’, ‘The Roundhouse’, ‘Olympia’, ‘The V&A’, ‘Claridge’s’ and ‘The Vaults.’ She also toured with ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ winners ‘Diversity’ for their ‘Ignite’ show in 2018.

Lauren Elise

Lauren Elise is a pole dance instructor and performer from London. She has been dancing for 8 years and is best known for her dynamic, fluid basework, her musicality and her attention to detail. She has performed with DaVido at the 2017 MOBO awards, has been featured in videos for Tulisa and James Blake, and is a regular performer with The Cocoa Butter Club. Lauren is also an ambassador for pole clothing range Creatures of XIX and co-founder of Eden Pole Competition

Mia Aurora Winderen

Originally from Norway, Mia has been dancing since the age of 3. She always knew she wanted to be a dancer, in the determination towards her dance career she trained many different styles of dance. She started with African Traditional Dance then went on to do Gymnastics, Ballett, Jazz, Contemporary, Hiphop, House and more. She did Freestyle Disco Jazz Dance competitions for over 10 years. She studied dance for 3 years at high school and went to London to complete a BA in Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. She discovered pole in her first year of study in London, through a project that fused contemporary and pole dancing together. She fell in love with Pole Dancing and continued her journey qualifying as an Instructor and started teaching. Mia founded and is performing with her own Pole & Contemporary Dance Company “AURORA movement”. Mia completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in India and did a 500 hour teacher training at Budokon Mixed Movement Arts University in Miami. She is an ambassador of Budokon and teaches BDK Yoga, BDK Mobility and BDK Calisthenics. Mia loves all kind of dance and movement on and off the pole, she is passionate about sharing and teaching her practice with heels or without.

Cassie Pickersgill

Cassie has always loved to dance, she started dancing for fun when she was 3 and knew that it was for her. She moved to the UK to study vocationally aged 11 and came to London when she was 16 to study musical theatre professionally. After graduating Cassie discovered pole and fell in love with it, she was addicted! Cassie has now been pole dancing for 3 years and teaching for a year! Pole allows her to be strong and sexy and she loves seeing her students feel the same way!

Clare Hawes

Clare is a trained dancer and aerialist specialising in aerial silks and hoop and pole.

Clare has been passionate about dancing from a young age and after training professionally went on to dance around the world on cruise ships, and as a showgirl in Macau.  She started to develop a love of aerial arts and began to train these whenever and wherever she could.  Since then Clare has focused her energies on aerial silks and aerial hoop and has performed at special events both internationally and here in the UK.  Some of her favourite career highlights to date are being the resident aerialist at Buddha Bar in Marrakech and a photoshoot for Nike which appeared in the March edition of British Vogue.

Freedom is at the core and Sasha Diamond lives her truth through the medium of dance. Cat Meadley

Cat has been pole dancing for over 7 years. After trying her first class, she became hooked, getting a pole for Christmas and learning from her room.
She has since won and placed at national competitions and has competed Internationally, recently being sponsored to compete in PCS at the Arnold Championships.
She currently performs, both club work and corporate events, this year touring around the UK with Festival of the Dead.
Cat teaches pole, aerial hoop and flexibility. As she loves performing she is particularly passionate about coaching students for competitions and performances.

Eve is a dancer and a doctor.

Eve started learning pole dance in 2012 at Ecole de Pole and qualified as pole fitness and dance instructor (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level certificates) in December 2018.

Eve is passionate about poetry and theatre, and she loves blending together dance moves and pole tricks with beautiful emotional songs to create lyrical pole choreographies.

Magda Smolinska

Magda’s passion for sports dates back to her time competing in gymnastics as a child. Trying out pole dancing seemed like a natural step. She first fell in love with the sport training at the Pole Dance Institute in Vienna and she rediscovered pole when she moved to London.

Magda qualified as a pole dance instructor of all levels in Poland, training under the talented eye of Edyta Borchowiec in 2016. She has since competed in multiple pole finals (IPAAT, Pole Theatre UK, Heir To The Chrome) in doubles category with fellow pole dancer Jackie. The duo won second place at PSO Zurich, and first place and best tricks at Pole Revolution UK in 2019.

Cat Lee

Cat discovered her love of pole while working as a marketing executive. Combining both her skills gained from burlesque and performing arts, plus her interest in strength training and calisthenics; she knew very quickly she had found something special! Very quickly swapping a busy 9 to 5 for a career in fitness and pole dance, and she hasn’t looked back since.

She is also a qualified personal trainer, specialising in bodyweight training, HIIT and female fitness. She regularly performs and enjoys all styles of pole – always looking for the next challenge. She has competed at professional level. Teaching is her first love and she fully believes that anyone can enjoy and benefit from pole – and she is committed to making pole as inclusive as possible for everyone regardless of background, age, gender or fitness level.

Ayesha Agogo 

Pole dancer. Choreographer. Instructor

Award winning, professional pole dancer and international pole dance competitor, Ayesha is an avid and natural storyteller, with over 8 years experience in the industry. Her use of dynamic and unique pole combinations take the audience on a journey.

Her ability to integrate her passion for dance away from the pole,  with the strength and technique required for sport/art of Pole Dance allow her to create fluid and graceful routines, which is a signature feature of her a pole performer

Ayesha placed 3rd in the professional category of Pole Art UK 2018, She also won best choreography at UKPPC in 2018,  1st Place in Instructor UKPPC 2016 and Pole Theatre semi-pro Drama 2016.

Sevi

Sevi fell in love with pole dancing 11 years ago here in the UK and decided to start teaching 5 years ago. Shortly after, she started performing and competing and won First Place at the English Riviera Pole Championships in September 2016.

Sevi is a fully qualified instructor of Pole Fitness as well as Stretching for Pole and Aerial. She takes pride in her teaching of safe and correct technique in a fun and welcoming environment. “I love all the different ways and styles you can move and express yourself with pole fitness. You see yourself getting stronger and confident but also happier, gaining a better attitude towards your body. All worries stay outside of the room, when you walk into my class”.

Sevi is also the founder and owner of Flying Amazons pole and yoga wear brand.

Zaki Musa

Zaki is a multi-disciplinary circus artist pulling from a wide background of movement and disciplines both on the ground and in the air. Starting his training in ballet at a late age, he moved on to explore and develop in other different dance styles and functional movement training, before taking all the skills he’s learnt into the air as a pole and aerial performer, choreographer and coach across the world.

Zaki is adept at a wide range of aerial disciplines, but primarily performs on the Flying Pole, Hoop, Silks and Dance Trapeze (with a big spin of course!). His movement work focuses on developing good core, technique and form, with flow and a performing flair.

​He is the 2019 Professional Open Champion of the UK Aerial Performance Championships in Flying Pole, and the 2019 Regional Champion in the Professional Open category on Hoop. However, his biggest moment was performing live for Tsar B in concert in Belgium, but has also most recently worked with companies such as Bassline Circus, Upswing Aerial, Mariah & Friendz, and performed across London cabaret and theatre venues, from the Roundhouse to Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club.

Hannah Rose

Hannah Rose is a professional Pole Dancer and Circus Artist based in London. She is the 2x UK National Champion (UKPPC Elite 2016 & 2017) and 3 x winner of the Best Tricks Award. She also competes internationally and in 2018 was awarded 3rd place in Womens’ International Elite at Pole Art France. In her performance career her most recent highlights include performing as an aerialist for ‘The Greatest Showman’ opening act at the BRIT awards and also as a semi-finalist on Ninja Warrior. She has also judged numerous competitions across the UK including UKPPC, Pole Revolutions and IUPDC, and teaches workshops around the UK and internationally.

She has been pole dancing for over ten years and is also a professionally trained circus artist specializing in Aerial Straps, and uses her knowledge gained from her circus training to help develop her students’ pole dance technique. She is known for her badass dynamic and flowing combos and static spins on the pole. She is extremely passionate about teaching and encouraging others to find their own style on the pole as well as building strength and technique, and sharing her love for pole with her students.
